Proposed Adoption of New Constitution
At our upcoming AGM, 6pm on Monday, 13 October, members will be asked to vote on adopting a new Constitution for Destination KRL.
This update is required to bring us into compliance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The changes ensure our governance framework is future-ready, legally compliant, and consistent with the approach taken by other Wellington BIDs.
Destination KRL Members present at the AGM will be asked to vote on approving the adoption of the new Constitution. Voting will take place during the AGM, 6pm–7pm, Brentwood Hotel, 16 Kemp St, Kilbirnie.
